8 Strength Exercises(Videos Below)

20 Reps Each Round(Set)
If you don’t have weights then use either cans of soup or laundry detergent bottles or any home products that you might have hoarded that is of equal weight.
Cardio Block
20 Minutes(Athlete’s Choice)
Running/Jogging/Brisk Walk through your neighborhood or bust out the treadmill/elliptical that’s been collecting dust since you joined REV365!
EXERCISE #1
SQUAT TO ALTERNATING CURTSEY LUNGE
3 ROUNDS(SETS)
20 TOTAL REPS EACH ROUND(SET)
EXERCISE #2
SINGLE ARM BENT OVER ROW
3 Rounds(Sets)
10 Reps Each Arm for a total of 20 Reps Each Round(Set)

Thanks for helping me work off the snacks. 2.7 mile run and weights with highest combo i could create but the sweating felt so good!
